Requirements

Who can use INQA coaching?

INQA coaching helps small and medium-sized enterprises stay competitive and attractive to skilled workers, for example through digitalization, process optimization and organizational development. 80% of the costs for up to 12 coaching days are funded. We are listed as an INQA coach.

  • at least one full-time position subject to social insurance contributions and fewer than 250 employees
  • annual turnover of no more than €50 million or a balance sheet total of no more than €43 million
  • registered office and place of work in Germany
  • at least two years on the market
  • legally independent, liberal professions or non-profit
Process

How INQA coaching works

  1. Free initial consultation at a regional INQA advisory center: it clarifies the requirements and defines the goal.
  2. INQA coaching voucher: You receive the voucher after the initial consultation.
  3. Coaching phase: up to seven months with an authorized INQA coach.
  4. Final meeting: three to six months after the coaching ends.

What we take care of for you

As listed INQA coaches, we accompany you in the coaching on your chosen topic and help you implement the results in your company.

The program is financed by the European Social Fund Plus and the Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs and runs from 2023 to 2028. All details can be found at INQA.
